Growing up I was told these words.....One person I look up to for great communication skills would be co-worker. Do not matter where this person is at his communication skills are wonderful. He know how to talk to people rather they are in bad mood or not. Public speaking is a great necessitate he has discovered. Throughout this course I would love to enrich in many communication skills to become the best in that field.
Tameka that is a great thing to look up to a person with skills like that. Its good to have role models in the work place that makes you job a little easier.

ReplyDeleteI have also found that working with co-workers that demonstrates great communication skills, you also learn how to cope with different situations from seeing them use great communication skills.

ReplyDeleteI'm glad we can be in another course together and I feel this is a course that will add valuable knowledge and skill building necessary for our role as leaders and professionals. Co-workers can be valuable role models and resources since we spend so much time with them each day. Recognizing these moments and taking advantage of opportunities to learn is important in our work. Growing in communication is something I think we will do for the rest of our lives as there is so much to learn as a communicator, especially as our communities continue to grow more diverse. Looking forward to these next weeks ahead.
